Where do you ship?

Currently European Threads will ship to all states within the Continental US. (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska) for FREE via USPS. If you require shipment outside this territory, please contact us and we can provide a reasonable shipping cost for Hawaii, Alaska or International shipping.

When will my order ship?

Orders within the continental US are typically shipped from European Threads headquarters within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing. If outside the Continental US or International shipping is request, additional time may be necessary to determine shipment cost.

How will my order ship?

Orders within the continental US will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Outside of the Continental US or International shipping providers will be determined on a case by case basis.

What is the cost for shipping?

All Orders will ship for FREE within the Continental United States. Please contact us for a reasonable shipping cost for orders outside the Continental US or International.

FAQ - Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

We’ve made our returns process simple. Just head to our Refund Policy page for the full instructions and return policy.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Only for International Orders.

Domestic Returns:

For Domestic Orders, European Threads will provide a return label within 3-5 business days at no cost to they buyer.

Once the shipping label has been provided to the buyer, the return of the product is the customer's sole responsibility and risk. We accept no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit and request all items be returned in the condition they were in once received. All tags and accessories should also be included.

International Returns:

For International Orders, Return shipping and any duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be pre-paid.

*Please note that for international returns the return shipping and any duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. We also recommend insuring your package and contacting Customer Service (europeanthreads.shop@gmail.com) with the tracking number once shipped.*

How long does it take to process my return?

We do our best to process your return within 10 business days once it arrives and is confirmed received.

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded to the original payment method used on your order.

Can I exchange an item?

Customers can choose the exchange option in the form of credit note. You will be given the full amount in which you paid for the item returned.

I received my item as a gift, how can I return it?

To return an order received as a gift, we need the original buyer to contact us with the order details, and we can then follow the return policy.

What is the return address?

Our return address will be provided once the return is accepted and processed.

FAQ - Orders & Tracking

How can I track my order?

Follow your order to your doorstep. Your tracking number is sent to you by email after your order has been processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand issues arise and do allow up to 4hrs to cancel your order from time of order placement. In order to cancel promptly send an email to europeanthreads.shop@gmail.com with the subject line: “CANCEL - ORDER# [Insert Order Number]” If however you did not make the cutoff head to our Refund Policy page to find out how to process at return.

What if I don't receive my order confirmation?

Sometimes order confirmation emails can be redirected into junk inboxes. If you don’t have the order confirmation email in either inbox, you can email us on europeanthreads.shop@gmail.com and we will be able to confirm your order.
